With tanning booths the tanner enjoys quick tanning sessions, which helps reduce total UV exposure time; no-contact tanning, which ensures a uniform tan; and vertical tanning booths take up much less space.

The quick tanning sessions enjoyed with tanning booths are great for those on the go. With tanning booths the tanning sessions can be as little as 8 minutes, this is less than half the time as regular tanning beds. However the true benefit of shorter session times comes from reduced UV exposure, you'll need less UV to form that perfect tan.

Another benefit with tanning booths is the no-contact tanning, which encourages uniform and even tanning. Have you ever experienced white spots from tanning beds? Very often these white spots result from pressure points where your bones are pressing the skin against the tanning bed. At these pressure points the blood doesn't flow properly during your tanning session, which inhibits the skin's ability to tan. For this reason you'll typically only see serious tanners purchase tanning booths for the home.
